What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will give a quote after assessment of how many guests, how long, how far and what supplies is needed, what kind of budget they have to make it happen. Fair and competitive pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After initial contact, I will then reach out and take down some information to get to know the client and what it takes to contribute to an amazing experience. Then after i will generate a quote. If the customer decides to use my service, I will then schedule the event, and we will go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My employees, as well as self, are OLCC certified and have current food handlers cards. I personally have worked in the bar industry for 14+ years. I take the time to train everyone and familiarize them with giving Top Notch Service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to work in more private settings. I like the variety of events and parties. I'm a very social individual so I get great joy in serving people in memorable times.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked from one end of town to the other at all different types of bars. I've also have previous worked for a company that provides bartending service and decided I wanted to do it but as the owner. Put my own flare and ideas into it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To relax and not to stress we got this. U won't be disappointed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many projected drinkers so they can know how much alcohol to get. Whether or not I need to provide cups, ice, etc.
